Shock in Israel as Netanyahu’s son “beat” his father, wife accused of kleptomania, revelations over October 7
“Instead of going to karate training that day, he attacked his father,” says the former head of security for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Ami Dror

A revelation that overturns everything we thought we knew about Israeli politics and family relations at the top of power has come to light from the former head of security for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Ami Dror.
According to Dror, the prime minister’s son, Yair Netanyahu, is alleged to have physically attacked his father, in an incident whose intensity exceeded anything previously known.
“Instead of going to karate training that day, he attacked his father,” Dror states, describing how the security team was forced to intervene to bring the situation under control.
The incident was so serious that Yair Netanyahu was ultimately “sent” to the United States, where he now lives and enjoys himself in Miami, in a luxurious beachfront residence in Hallandale Beach.
The revelation at the time triggered a wave of anger in Israeli society. While thousands of young Israelis were sent to their deaths in Gaza in 2023, Yair lives with the Jewish state spending 700.000 dollars annually on his security.
Labor Party member of parliament Naama Lazimi did not hide her indignation: “Is he allowed to live abroad because he attacked a symbol of the state?”
But the accusations do not stop here.

And the wife, problematic

Dror also turns his fire toward the prime minister’s wife, Sara Netanyahu.
Sara Netanyahu is a kleptomaniac,” he states, referring to incidents of stealing towels and gifts from hotels, items that should belong to the state.
Under her pressure, the prime minister is said to have severed ties with his daughter from his first marriage, while the security team carried out “secret operations” to allow covert meetings.

According to Dror, Benjamin Netanyahu has over time attempted to strengthen his wife’s public profile, trying to present her as a capable and tough political figure similar to Hillary Clinton.
Netanyahu tried to turn Sara into Hillary Clinton. But she is not Hillary Clinton,” Dror stressed, pointing out the failure of the Israeli prime minister’s efforts.

Garbage bin

Dror himself does not hesitate to describe Benjamin Netanyahu as a “moral garbage bin”, revealing that the prime minister ate at expensive restaurants and left without paying, leaving his aides and bodyguards to cover the bills.
The most serious accusation concerns military and political scandals: “In a civilized country, a prime minister who is bribed, surrounded by people who receive money from Qatar, and whose term includes kidnappings of hostages, would go to prison,” Dror says.
On the other hand, Yair Netanyahu claims that the attacks of October 7 were “an attempt at a military coup” against his father and that the army knew about the preparations for the attack without informing Benjamin.

Yair’s lawyer maintains that his residence in Miami is due to “persecutions and repression that prevented him from living a normal life”.
The incident brings to light a world of political corruption, family violence, and ultra luxurious living, while Israeli society watches in shock as the revelations overturn every stereotype about power and family at the top of the country.

Imprison Netanyahu

Dror concluded his remarks by reiterating his support for the imprisonment of Benjamin Netanyahu for accepting bribes and obstructing justice.
“Yes, I want him imprisoned, not out of revenge, but for justice,” he stated.
He also accused Netanyahu of failures in handling Israeli detainees and hostages in Gaza, pointing out that political calculations and deliberate delays prevented the return of surviving detainees.
Neither the Netanyahu family nor the prime minister’s office has responded to the accusations that his former bodyguard is now participating in protests against his policies.

The legal cases of the Netanyahus, Sara and Yair

Sara Netanyahu was found guilty in 2019 of misuse of state funds for luxury catering and was fined and ordered to pay compensation. She has also faced multiple lawsuits related to mistreatment of her household staff.
Her husband, Benjamin Netanyahu, remains a defendant in three major corruption cases that have occupied him since 2019. Netanyahu is the longest serving prime minister of Israel.
Their son, Yair Netanyahu, also has an extensive legal record.
He has been ordered to pay hundreds of thousands of shekels in compensation to activists and journalists for provocative and defamatory social media posts.
Yair is now involved in an investigation for alleged illegal interference in the appointment of state officials and in attempts to obstruct justice aimed at protecting his father.
